為響應多倫多總主教哥連士樞機的呼籲，哥倫布騎士中華殉道聖人屬會將過往兩年在騎士之夜籌得的善款而成立的慈善基金中撥出$15,000捐獻，除了以哥倫布騎士會的名義捐贈，更鼓勵騎士兄弟各人按個人的經濟能力奉獻，希望能作出帶頭作用，鼓勵其他善會及教友慷慨捐贈，使哥連士樞機偉大的牧民計劃能夠早日實現。照片：哥倫布騎士兄弟將支票交與本堂主人司鐸鄧建衛神父。
In response to Cardinal Thomas Collins’ plea for donation to support the “Family of Faith Campaign”, Knights of Columbus donated $15,000 from their Charity Fund which is formed from the money raised in the Knights’ Night in the past two years. In addition to donating under the name of Knights of Columbus, we also encourage brother knights to personally donate according to their financial abilities, with the hope of encouraging other parish groups and parishioners to donate generously so that Cardinal Thomas Collins’ pastoral plan can be fulfilled early.
